Why do you wish to join Reborn? To get back to being active in the game again. Been in a casual social shell for a few years now and would like to get back in to being in an active endgame ls again.

So don't hold these sets of gear as if they are the end all. These sets just happened to be what I had set for the last thing I was on pld for. (which i honestly don't remember what that was since it was a while ago) Also I realize it's not the best gear out there, but I haven't had any issues thusfar with it… might build myself an aegis someday if the need arises. Also for fastcast and haste a lot of the same items come over from my mage jobs for pld for this catagory so again just glance at the whm ones to give you a really general idea.)

This should hopefully be able to give you a general idea of what I do with gear for different things. If you need other jobs gear listed out let me know… these were just the first 4 that popped in my head.

Only gonna comment on whm. Your fast cast, bar spells, curing, pretty much everything is severely lacking. you got no pdt or mdt for your whm (which should always be carried). no curaga set. you should be using af3 body for single cures. Im assuming you havent done the magian trial, which shows me no dedication to whm. lotta wrong here.

the whm does have some pdt/mdt however like I said I listed only stuff that is currently on my person. I haven't had any instance where that has been a necessity to actually dig it off mules and wear it in years and years. My fast cast is lacking (example: sold off cure clogs a while ago and just haven't bothered getting them back again since haven't had a need being only in a social shell for years lol. Same thing pretty much applies to bars. Haven't had an actual need to use a bar spell in years so muled it or sold it off. ) Nope I haven't done the magian trial for the cure staff… cause I am not really all 'that' dedicated to whm…. but if that would be the big sticking point it's not hard to get. When you're in a social ls that doesn't do anything for a few years you just don't have the need/motivation to have tip top gear for anything since nothing to use it for. Hence applying here to get back into it :)

well, I can say for sure you wouldn't be playing whm until that's up to our standard. pld as well. we have many extremely well geared plds. does your blm have magian staves? hows your sch? good cure sets/high enhancing embrava? your smn? alexander? all the relevant gear? ungimped smn skill? i see you playing sch and smn the most for us. no relic dds pretty much means you'll be stuck on support or mage, but not bard unless you get serious w/ that harp.

Ya I'm a 'career' mage. Though I've leveled blu and sam… but they are nowhere near being able to actually be useable at all. So I'm very happy as mage/support only lol. And yes I know you have way more plds that are light years better than mine haha. *stares at Ari….* I just put those gear sets up there since you said you wanted just general examples of what I use. My sch is 'okay'. I leveled it way back in the day when it first was released as a new job, and didn't really use it much for a very long time since I have rdm whm and blm. I've only recently started using it again because of embrava. I'm missing like ~3 pieces of gear for capped enhacing for embrava and was only very casually working on it since… well haven't needed it with the social shell lol. The cure sets on it are decent… not the best but they've gotten the job done for what was needed. Smn of course has alexander. The gear is slightly dated since I haven't really used it much since the 2nd or 3rd abyssea expansion came out. But it has gear, just need to dig it off of a mule and prolly replace a few pieces with some of the newer gear that's come out since I've seriously played it, which I don't see being difficult since I've been hoarding random gear for 'just in case' for the past couple of years. Would just need to sort through it and update macros with it. I could get serious with the harp if the ls really needed it.

I'll trial you for 2 weeks. I want to see major improvements during that time, even if they're slow improvements. I want to see better, more complex gear sets. A lot of the improvements are AH gear or Abyssea. I'm mainly referring to your WHM. I don't know what your SCH and SMN has, but I expect to see those improved as well if they're as bad as that. You should be working towards a good embrava set, cure sets, nuke sets, magian staves, pre cast fast cast sets, pdt/mdt carried full time, enhancing/boost/bar ele+aliment sets, capped magic skills (work on smn), good smn bp/dmg/whatever gear. I see your idle set, do you know what an idle set is for? So you can idle in your refresh/regen/pdt/mdt gear standing around in case you get hit before you can swap to pdt or mdt, get your mp/hp back while standing/not casting. but you idle in an apollo's over an owl eyes+genbu or terra's staff? anyways, you got a lot of work ahead of you, but since Coder likes you, we'll be giving you your chance.
