Why do you wish to join Reborn?
I just miss Endgame Events in a experienced LS cuz i was in such shells for long times until they broke,tired of beeing part in shout Events with any Noobs who dont know how to play their Job.

Post SpellCast XMLs or link FFXIAH item sets.): i'm sorry,i dont have any sts on spellcast/ffxiah yet,but i do have the best gear i could get till now for my Main Jobs,PDT/MDT i have a few pieces but not complete,honestly i didnt really needed it before,but shouldn't be a Problem to get what i need.Roughly it's a combo of af3+2 NNI,VW,Wildskeepers and Delve Gear

Right now, I see you have MNK, which is something we have and don't really need. We have plenty of DD at our disposal. Then I see your unused jobs. RDM and DRG are two things we need at the moment. We also would need a GEO and skilled WHM.

The way we rate your app is primarily on how well geared you are on the jobs we need at the moment using either FFXIAH sets or preferably Spellcast. This shows personality. It shows us how you think and almost entirely how you play. Since you don't have these to look at, I don't know how to rate you. You say you have the gear, but our vision of decked-out gear might be different from yours. Make sense?

Delve is no joke. Our WHMs are some of the best on the game/server, and will not let you die if you don't let yourself. That being said, maxed PDT/MDT and MDB gear is near necessary for all DD jobs as well as ACC sets. Again, I can't make an accurate determination of you without actually seeing your gear.

Most of our DD's have support roles that they can swap to if needed such as BRD, COR, GEO, RDM, WHM, DRG, PLD. If you are happy with playing the above jobs, I would need you to gear them and make spellcast/ffxiah sets for them. Also, even if you don't want to talk on vent, it is extremely vital to be able to hear us so we can give precise direction of what to do in every situation without having to type a paragraph explaining why. Time is of the essence for the Delve Mega Bosses. Before we can take a closer look at your app, I believe these things need to be looked at.

Ok,np,ty for ur quick response,i see what u mean but to be honest i'm wondering what u need DRG for,i really love my DRG (almost same gear as my DRK or SAM) and i like to Play it,i just dont cuz i thought noone is really needing a DRG for anything,i dont like RDM tho >.< Well anyway,ty for ur Time

DRG is an essential part of our team for multiple reasons. For one, Angon gives a significant defense down to mobs, and Gungnir helps a bit when Angon is down. Also, DRG is perfect to keep up box/quick step because of its native accuracy bonus (and its lack of real damage anyways). Even though DRG is technically a 2H DD, in our team it is an essential and vital support role that we cannot function without.
